Happy Bank Holiday Weekend Brides & Grooms!

If you are like me, you will be sifting through wedding inspiration and ideas this weekend to note down for your own wedding plans. This weeks post is a really special and exciting one! If you are starting your wedding plans and are considering a destination wedding, I think I may have just the thing to inspire you.

If you follow me on Twitter, Facebook and Instgram you may have noticed that I recently ran away for a week....Ok I was invited to go away. I was lucky enough to be asked over to some of the most beautiful venues that Southern Italy had to offer.

I was accompanied by some incredibly talented Wedding Planners from the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners (UKAWP); Stylish Events, Steven Pellier Weddings, Louise Perry Weddings and of course one of London’s top photographers Kate Nielen Photography.

During our trip Kate Nielen Photography managed to schedule in a small photo shoot at Villa Mangiacane, one of the most stunning venues in Tuscany, Florence.

Although not having much time to put the shoot together we managed to style our own hair and make-up, for our shoot we were provided with beautiful bridesmaid dresses from the gorgeous girls at Maids to Measure.

As we were there to research venues for UK couples looking for an Italian Wedding, we decided the floral arrangements should come from one of the suppliers based out in Tuscany; Fiori Del Chianti.

The style that we had created was of a rustic and pastel colour scheme, a real mix of dusty colours to suite the venues characteristics and grandeur. Fiori Del Chianti provided us with bouquets that were vibrant in colour and fragrance but were in keeping with the rural elegance that matched the dresses beautifully.
